As well as ongoing maintenance works, Salix Mechanical Ltd have carried out other works over the years, including the replacement of the Air Handling units for optimum air quality.
The Scope
Ongoing maintenance works on this site include:
- Annual F-Gas checks and certification.
- Routine servicing of air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
- Regular filter changes on the air handling units.
- Routine servicing of refrigeration systems.
- Carrying out all remedial works, as identified on service visits, to ensure optimum system operation and maximising equipment lifetime.
In 2020 Salix Mechanical Ltd carried out the project for the replacement of the air handling units and DX cooling coils, to ensure optimum air quality throughout the buildings.
