The Scope
Salix Mechanical Ltd have worked at this site for 5 years now, as the preferred maintenance contractor. As well as the routine maintenance, we have carried out many remedial works and installed new equipment as required.
Required works on this site include:
- Annual F-Gas checks and certification.
- Routine 6-monthly servicing of air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
- Carrying out all remedial works, as identified on service visits, to ensure optimum system operation and maximising equipment lifetime.
The Solution
