The Site

Mount Lighting is an expanding family business and had relocated to the premises to enable further growth.  The premises was empty and derelict and required a complete refurbishment and fit-out, to modernise it and bring it up to the required standard.

 

The Scope

Salix Mechanical Ltd was contracted to carry out the installation of new Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems to the premises.

In addition to the installation of the systems initially, Salix Mechanical Ltd are carrying out the ongoing maintenance to the systems, to ensure efficient working order and to uphold the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

Initial installation works on this site include:

  • Installation of new Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems
  • Commissioning and set-up of new systems on completion

Ongoing maintenance works include:

  • Annual F-Gas Checks and Certification
  • Routine 6-monthly servicing of all Air Conditioning and Ventilation equipment
  • Carrying out all remedial works, as identified on service visits, to ensure optimum system operation and maximising equipment lifetime

 

The Solution

Salix Mechanical Ltd have set up an AirCare maintenance agreement with this customer, giving them complete peace of mind and taking the stress of the maintenance schedule out of their hands.

    • Air Conditioning
    • Ventilation
  • Annual F-Gas Compliance Checks
